For the construction and documentation of automation projects we use the software of EPLAN, which is the leading company in the world of E-CAD, that allow us the 3D designing of control and switchgear cabinets by CAE, in addition to supporting several international standards.
We have a thorough knowledge and a long practice in programming relay control systems, PLCs, failsafe PLCs, HMIs, SCADAs and related automation equipment from a wide range of manufacturers.
In the course of design we adhere to Directive 2006/95/EC (of the European Parliament on the harmonisation of the laws of Member States relating to electrical equipment designed for use within certain voltage limits).
Of standards harmonized to the directive, we find the following locally-adopted international series of standards particularly relevant:
- IEC 61439 – Low-voltage switchgear and controlgear assemblies.
- IEC 60204 – Safety of machinery. Electrical equipment of machines.
- IEC 62381 – Automation systems in the process industry. Factory acceptance test (FAT), site acceptance test (SAT) and site integration test (SIT)
A number of industry segments (e.g.: chemical and pharmaceutical industries) set strict requirements for manufacturing and for a variety of manufacturing supporting operations. Implementation of such systems (whether it is an intralogistical system to support production – e.g.: conveyor systems, elevators, rack servicing cranes or manufacturing equipment) should take place according to GAMP directives, including multi-level planning and feedback tests.
In the formulation of User Requirements Specification (URS), we work with the Customer from the beginning for the sake an accurately documented and attainable demand. Our company offers the validation of completed systems (retrospective) or systems in development (prospective) even with V-model system architecture.
The documentation – including FAT (Factory Acceptance Test), SAT (Site Acceptance Test) and SIT ( Site Integration Test) documents – is always formulated in consultation with the Customer, ensuring it will meet the demands specified by the Customer. Preparation of documentation is available in multiple languages, at request a translation of technical documentation is also possible.
